Householder/Houseowner Insurance

ACE Jerneh’s Householder/Houseowner Insurance provides standard home insurance protection that covers the structure or contents of the insured property against

The Householder/Houseowner Insurance protects the Insured against any legal fees and expenses in the event of a claim brought by a person who is involved in an accident that takes place in the house.  For fatal injury caused by thieves or fire, the Insured will also be compensated under this policy.

In Malaysia, under the Building and Common Property (Management and Maintenance) Act 2007, it is compulsory for the Management Body or Committee to exercise due diligence in risk management by ensuring that all properties and liabilities related to the development are adequately insured.
